Shipping policy
Every Étoira order ships free, tracked, straight to your door.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in South Africa only.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order. There's no minimum order amount.
Delivery time
Your order arrives within 7–13 days of placing it. That time covers everything:
- Preparing your order. Your pieces are collected and checked in our warehouse before they leave.
- Shipping. Your parcel travels to you with a tracked courier service.
During busy periods, such as Black Friday and the festive season, deliveries can take a few days longer.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time via Track Your Order in the menu.
Tracking can show little information during the first few days after dispatch. That's normal; updates appear once your parcel is scanned on its way.
Please check your address
Make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct when you order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can change your address as long as your order hasn't been processed yet.
Delayed or missing parcel?
Has your tracking not updated for 10 days, or has your order not arrived within 13 days? Email support@etoira.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the courier, and if your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send you a new one or refund you in full.
We can't offer a replacement or refund when:
- tracking shows your parcel as delivered;
- the address you entered was incorrect or incomplete;
- the parcel was refused or couldn't be delivered because you were unreachable.
Item out of stock?
In the rare case that an item sells out after you've ordered, we'll let you know right away. You choose: wait for it, swap it for another piece, or cancel for a full refund.
