Shipping policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it is checked, approved, and packaged. Then the package is prepared for transport by Étoira.
2. Delivery time

The shipment is handled by [largest postal courier of your respective country].
All shipping times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping at Étoira. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer receives an email with a tracking number from Étoira.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number does not work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not show any information after a few days, you can contact the customer service of Étoira.
